Our quality assurance system is strictly implemented in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. For each dispatch, following inspection steps will be carried on. Additional inspection is available if customer requires.

1. IQC ( Incoming Material Quality Checking ) The raw material vendors will be asked to provide MTR and Physical Properties Report. If needed, we will use testing tools to inspect again. Sometimes, 100% inspection will be proceeded if the guarantee of quality asks for.

2. IPQC ( In Production Quality Checking ) During production, First Piece Inspection Test and Patrol Inspection are implemented strictly. This system has enabled us to lower the rejection rate and assured product quality. If defective parts detected, the production will be stopped immediately and they cannot go to next stage.

3. FQC ( Final Quality Checking ) When products completed, our inspection team will do final inspection carefully. If some parts are not qualified, they will be machined again or rejected. Basically, following inspection are implemented:

A. Tolerance inspection
B. Dimensions & thread inspection
C. Plating inspection ( Salt Spray Test )
D. Package inspection

Entire Inspection reports will be submitted to customer. If there are some potential risks in the future, we can track and solve the problem based on the records.
